  • Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised messages?
    Yes, we do! If gift wrapping and a personalised message is included, it will be mentioned in the product description. If it is not mentioned, please add a note to your order and we will do our best to assist with your request.
  • Do you include receipts or invoices in the box?
    No, you will receive all order details and invoices by email. We do not include any other form of order details when we send the order.
  • Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
    Of course. Add the date by when the order should be received by the recipient and we will post it accordingly. We usually post it slightly in advance just to ensure it arrives on time. We can also add a note to the parcel 'Do not open before...'.
  • How quickly do you dispatch orders?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been fulfulled and posted.
  • Can I place an order with you if I live outside the UK?
    You can place an order with us even if you're outside the UK, as long as the delivery address is within the UK. If you'd like your gift delivered internationally, please get in touch with us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist. For instructions on how to place an order to be delivered straight to the recipient, visit our Delivery page.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We currently deliver within the UK only. If you require international delivery, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Can I send my order straight to the recipient?
    To send your gift box straight to the recipient, enter their name and address in the 'Customer Details' section at check-out. Add your email address and telephone number there too, and then enter your details in the 'Billing Information' section. Don't forget to add a personal message to your order so they know who it's from.
  • Can I collect my order?
    If you're local to Highcliffe, Dorset, there is also an option to collect your gift box free of charge. Choose 'pick-up' at check-out and wait for a notification that your order is ready. Arrange a convenient collection date and time with us.
  • What delivery options do I have?
    We offer 2nd class and first class options as part of our UK delivery. If your order is urgent, there is also an option to select Express delivery. Refer to our Delivery & Collection page for more details. If you have specific delivery needs, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
  • Can I customise a gift box?
    You can create your own bespoke gift box. Select the option 'Create Your Own' in the above menu, choose your contents and a greeting card, and then check out. And we'll do the rest for you!
  • Can your candles be personalised?
    Yes, we offer personalised options. If there is a design you would like personalised, contact us and we'd be happy to assist you with your request.
  • What are your candles made of?
    At least 50% of the wax in this product is renewable plant-based wax.
  • How long do your candles burn for?
    40 Hours Burn Time
  • Do you offer bespoke candle designs?
    Yes, we do. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and we'd be happy to assist you.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return your order within our 30 day returns period. Visit our cancellation and returns policy. Whether exercising your legal right to cancel or returning a product under our returns policy, certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to: hygiene reasons i.e., earrings, hair brushes personalisation i.e., greeting cards, candles sale items
  • I placed an order by mistake, can it be cancelled?
    If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@maisonrayne.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, it may be cancelled.
  • Do you create bespoke gift boxes for businesses?
    Yes, we specialise in creating bespoke gift boxes tailored to your business needs.
